The Studio Suite offered a surprising amount of space, perfect for a couple. The size made it comfortable to move around, yet that’s where the positive experience ended.
The bathroom was appallingly small, with no proper window—just a curtain covered one that opened into the room. Black mold was prevalent throughout the bathroom, which I found particularly concerning due to allergies, while humidity caused the walls to peel and dirt to accumulate on bedside tables. To top it off, the bathroom sink felt unstable. it shifted when touched. I booked breakfast but only received a meager 10% discount on the coffee shop, which felt like a letdown given the circumstances.

i almost wrote a glowing review until i discovered black mold everywhere in the bathroom and the horrendous smell of sewage, suffocating and revolting. you’d think a ‘signature’ hotel would offer some complimentary bottled water too, but no, not here. clearly, they are not for special guests like myself.

Comfortable rooms with quirky features
The spacious Studio Suite allowed us to unwind after long day tours. The friendly staff tried their best to accommodate us, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the bathroom design lacked privacy, with a curtain instead of a proper window. Additionally, the air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature.
